Project Description:

The project includes interior and exterior renovations to suit a new tenant, Goode Company Kitchen & Cantina.  The exterior renovations do not include the addition of any new square footage.  However, they do involve refinishing the existing EIFS, reducing the amount of black glazed tile, installing new awnings and canopies, and installing new exterior doors and windows throughout.  The project will also include new exterior signage and patio furniture, which is not included in this submission.
