New Starbucks Coffee - remove existing RTU's and install new RTU in same location of old units.  New outdoor patio and knee wall, patio furniture, new pergola system at outdoor seating, new planters and wall lighting scones.  New storefront door.  All other exterior facade/finishes to remain as existing

Final Action Condition:

Staff to work with Agent/Owner and Norhill Neighborhood Association to arrive at acceptable design solutions for the following:

A) Knee wall design/ material selection for proposed patio seating area

B) Signage

1) 5 ft. Siren Disc Logo, on building South elevation over entrance door
2) Signage “Starbucks” wordmark, 58 1/2 in. wide x 6 in. tall, on knee wall planter South elevation
3) Signage “Starbucks” wordmark, 10 ft. long x 16 in. tall, on building East façade
